The IBSC Harrogate Dining Passport unites independent restaurants, pubs & cafés across the district in a year-round celebration of local food and community.

Every month in 2026, we’ll support a different local cause — chosen and voted for by IBSC Supporters — while giving participating venues ongoing visibility and a steady stream of new diners.

We launch on 31 December 2025 - New Year’s Eve 🥂- with Harrogate District Foodbank as our opening cause!

1️⃣ Each participating independent Member establishment donates a minimum £25 per month, paid directly to that month’s featured local charity (never to IBSC).

Creating a simple, transparent, feel-good cycle where businesses lift the community - and the community lifts them right back.

2️⃣ IBSC Harrogate District promotes your establishment all year long — with regular social media features, dedicated email highlights to our growing Supporter base, and continuous visibility through your own full-page listing on the IBSC Harrogate District Directory.

This ensures your venue stays front-of-mind with local diners, builds long-term awareness, and attracts new customers month after month.

Most people genuinely want to support independent businesses, but they’re not always sure which venues are truly Indie.

The IBSC Harrogate District Directory removes all doubt by giving residents a clear, trusted list of authentic independent establishments they can confidently support.

3️⃣ The Dining Passport winner(s) can redeem up to 12 meals through 2026 at any participating venues 🍽️- limited to one redemption per month.

This gives winners a full year of discovering new favourites, exploring the best of Harrogate District dining, and experiencing the variety our indie restaurants proudly offer.

4️⃣ Most winners will not dine alone; instead, bringing 1–3 paying guests each time - more than covering the cost of the free meal.

Plus introducing new customers to your venue and menu.

5️⃣ Members provide 4 x £25 Gift Vouchers per month to be given away randomly to HG postal district residents.
