TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services

We provide:

  • GoHighLevel foundational setup

  • CRM configuration

  • Automation workflows

  • Snapshot deployment

  • SMS & email automation configuration

  • Reputation/review automation setup

  • Funnel setup

  • Appointment booking configuration

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

2. Nature of Service

We provide technical setup and configuration services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Client sales performance

  • Advertising performance

  • Lead quality

  • Compliance of client marketing content

  • SMS/email misuse by client

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Ensure marketing compliance (PECR, GDPR, TCPA if applicable)

  • Obtain proper consent before sending SMS/email campaigns

  • Maintain lawful use of automation tools

  • Pay all third-party platform fees (including GHL subscription)

4. Fees & Payment

  • Setup fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • Monthly fees (if applicable) are billed in advance.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of service.

  • All fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Automation frameworks, system architecture, and templates remain the intellectual property of Biz Buzzio Digital Solutions LTD.

  • Clients receive a licence to use systems for their own business only.

  • Redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • We are not liable for platform outages or third-party failures (including GoHighLevel infrastructure).

7. Data Processing

Where we process data on behalf of the Client:

  • We act as Data Processor

  • The Client remains Data Controller

  • Processing is limited to agreed service scope

A separate Data Processing Agreement may be provided if required.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Access credentials will be returned or revoked

  • Ongoing services cease

  • No refunds for completed setup work

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Business systems

  • Client data

  • Trade secrets

  • Automation strategies

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
